Things You Should Know About Our Hotel and Rooms
Due to the architectural design of our hotel, all rooms are positioned on the side wings; therefore, they do not offer a lake view. However, our breakfast area, restaurant, and bar offer a direct and magnificent view of both the lake and the ancient King Rock Tombs.
Our hotel consists of two separate buildings. The main building, where the entrance is located, houses all of our guest rooms and accommodation units.
Our room types differ only in size (square meters); all rooms feature the same design aesthetics and high hygiene standards. Comfort and cleanliness are offered as a standard quality across all our accommodation units.
Small Double Rooms At Ground (On Entrance Way)
Located on the ground floor, these 16 m² rooms offer direct access to the hotel’s entrance area. They are an ideal choice for short-term stays; for longer visits, our larger room types are generally preferred for extra comfort. We offer both "Breakfast Included" and "Room Only" rate options. Our breakfast is served as a traditional Turkish "Serpme" (spread) breakfast, featuring a wide variety of fresh local flavors.
Small Double Rooms At Ground (Back)
Located at the rear of our hotel, these 16 m² rooms open directly onto the garden and feature their own private seating area at the entrance. While these rooms offer ideal comfort for short-term stays, we also offer larger room types for those planning a longer visit.
Our breakfast is served as a traditional Turkish "Serpme" (spread) breakfast, featuring a wide variety of fresh local flavors.
Big Double Room At Ground
Located in the quiet rear section of our hotel, this spacious 32 m² room offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room features a sofa bed that can be converted to accommodate a third guest upon request. Additionally, guests can enjoy a private seating area situated in the garden right outside the room's entrance.

Standart Double Rooms at Attic
Located on the second floor of our hotel, these 16 m² standard rooms offer a comfortable stay for our guests. Each room features its own private balcony with a cozy seating area.

Big Double Rooms At Attic
Located on our second floor, these spacious 32 m² rooms offer the flexibility of either twin beds or a single large double bed, depending on your preference. Each room features its own private balcony with a comfortable seating area.

Family Room (Spacious & Comfortable)
Located on the ground floor, our 75 m² family room consists of a large living area and a separate bedroom. The living room features a comfortable large corner sofa and a double bed, while the separate bedroom includes another double bed. Accommodating up to 6 guests upon request, this unit is ideal for large families.
